In the electroplating process, pre-treatment phosphating, degreasing, roughening, nickel plating, alkali copper, coke copper, etc. all require a certain temperature and require constant heating; For copper sulfate, galvanizing, tin plating, oxidation, and other processes that generate a large amount of heat during production, cooling is required.
Cold and heat have a certain degree of complementarity, and can be transferred using heat pumps to achieve comprehensive energy allocation. Naxida electroplating heat pump can fully meet the application in the electroplating industry because it can generate high-temperature hot water up to 95 ℃. Overall, it is an ideal energy-saving device to replace traditional heating tubes or heating wires.
Electroplating heat pump, also known as electroplating solution heating constant temperature heat pump, belongs to a type of high-temperature heat pump and is an extension of heat pump applications. Different from domestic hot water, industrial hot water requires a higher temperature. The plating solution heating system in electroplating factories often requires a water temperature higher than 70 ℃, which ordinary heat pump water heaters cannot meet.
