Overall introduction of the park:
In 2006, the Chongqing Industrial Park Office approved the planning and construction of the park.
The total planned area of Chongqing Zhilun Electroplating Industry Park is 4.13km ². Currently, the first phase of construction has 120000 square meters of electroplating plants, and the second phase is expected to build 40000 square meters of electroplating plants, with over 10000 square meters of office space already built. One professional electroplating wastewater treatment station has settled in over 40 electroplating surface treatment enterprises, including electronic information, automotive and motorcycle parts manufacturing, and hardware electroplating processing.
The rapid development of industries such as automobile manufacturing, hardware processing, equipment manufacturing, and circular economy in the region has led to the establishment of the largest centralized electroplating surface treatment processing zone in the western Chongqing area.
The planned area of the first phase of Chongqing Xinzhilun Electroplating Industrial Park Processing Zone is 131.7 acres, with a total investment of about 500 million yuan. The electroplating area is about 15 million square meters, and the total scale of the electroplating wastewater treatment plant (phase I) is 5000m ³/d, with an annual output value of 1 billion yuan.
Production line, product, plating type:
The main plating types for the first phase include: zinc plating, copper plating, pre copper plating, nickel plating, pre nickel plating, chromium plating, anodizing, chemical nickel plating, cyanide containing (gold plating, silver plating, imitation gold plating), black hair blue plating, etching and other electroplating plating types (with a gentle tone). In the later stage, we will plan to add surface treatment coatings such as electrophoretic paint, phosphating, baking paint, spray coating, vacuum plating, ion plating, and Dacromet coating. Make the park the most complete electroplating industry park for electroplating and plating. Mainly focusing on developing supporting industries such as plastics, circuit boards, electronic plugins, electrical components, casings, connectors, etc; Committed to building an advanced manufacturing cluster dominated by equipment manufacturing and electronic information.
