After learning from the bitter experience, we have created a green and environmentally friendly centralized electroplating processing zone - the New Zhilun Electroplating Industrial Park. Since taking over in October 2019, the New Zhilun Electroplating Industrial Park has made significant improvements to the entire centralized processing zone.
Chongqing Xinzhilun Electroplating Co., Ltd. actively builds an environmentally friendly, safe, and harmonious electroplating centralized processing zone, committed to creating an intelligent and comfortable industrial park. As of the end of 2020, the transformation has achieved initial results.
On December 8, 2020, leaders from the Chongqing Environmental Protection Administration visited the park to provide guidance and expressed great satisfaction with the renovation project. They encouraged the park to increase its renovation efforts and put forward some constructive suggestions for the sewage treatment plant.
At the beginning of 2019, due to poor management, Chongqing Zhilun Electroplating Co., Ltd. caused the operation of the sewage treatment station in the park to stagnate. The various environmental protection facilities in the park were not replaced in a timely manner, resulting in equipment aging and extremely low treatment efficiency. The treatment results did not meet the standards, causing the cost of electroplating sewage treatment to continue to rise. The sludge production continued to increase, and the enterprise's wastewater collection and treatment tanks accumulated a large amount of wastewater that could not be treated and exceeded the standard of wastewater treatment, resulting in a large accumulation of sludge that could not be disposed of in a timely manner. As a result, 38 settled enterprises in the park were forced to shut down.
In October 2019, Chongqing Xinzhilun Electroplating Co., Ltd. carried out rectification of the wastewater pipeline network in the sewage treatment plant, constructed pipeline bridge structures, physical and chemical classification treatment systems, biochemical systems, renovated the online monitoring room of the sewage treatment plant, repaired the reclaimed water reuse system, and built an emergency pool for the sewage treatment plant.
In terms of enterprise management, the park will upgrade and transform the settled enterprises, guide them to implement improvements in wastewater, exhaust gas, and solid waste, and gradually achieve clean production. Over the past year, the company's output has increased sharply, and various enterprises have strongly supported the renovation work of Chongqing Xinzhilun Electroplating Co., Ltd.
In terms of overall planning of the park, Chongqing Xinzhilun Electroplating Industry Park has been renovating its sewage treatment station, greenery, exterior walls, and other facilities over the past year, giving the entire park a new look and atmosphere. Conduct a comprehensive inspection of fire pipes, promptly replace worn-out and corroded fire pipes, and conduct pressure testing on fire pipes and fire water to ensure that fire safety protection measures are in place within each enterprise; Repair the rainwater pipe network ditch to ensure complete separation of rainwater and sewage; And replace the steam pipeline to ensure the production of the enterprise; Revamp the water supply network and use intelligent water meters for unified management; Newly added transformers in the park to ensure stable production of enterprises; Plan parking spaces in the park and implement unified vehicle management to standardize driving safety.
In the later stage, the park will build an intelligent management platform and implement a comprehensive digital management mode for the park. Introduce advanced wastewater treatment processes and metal recovery devices to achieve resource regeneration and circular economy.
