Chongqing Zhilun Electroplating Industry Park conducts special equipment emergency drills

On June 30, 2022, Chongqing Zhilun Electroplating Co., Ltd. organized a special emergency drill for freight elevators and boilers for the park's resident enterprises. The purpose of this special emergency drill is to test the operability of emergency plans and the overall ability of emergency personnel to understand emergency plans, execution procedures, and handle emergencies. It aims to strengthen the construction of emergency rescue teams, optimize the structure of emergency rescue teams, enhance rescue capabilities and efficiency, and strengthen the emergency response capabilities of enterprises to special equipment accidents.
The content of this drill is to simulate the emergency response of the 5-2 freight elevator in Chongqing Zhilun Electroplating Industrial Park, which experienced a shutdown and trapped two employees, as well as the steam leakage caused by the aging of the bubble separating valve in the boiler room of Chongqing Zhilun Electroplating Industrial Park. An emergency command center was established on site, with Du Dajun, Executive Vice President of Chongqing Zhilun Electroplating Co., Ltd., serving as the on-site commander to organize rescue work.
After the accident, the on-site emergency drill command center quickly organized four teams, namely the on-site rescue team, technical support team, medical rescue team, and alert evacuation team, to carry out comprehensive emergency rescue work based on the type and characteristics of the accident. The entire drill process was organized in an orderly manner, with close cooperation among various departments, and rescue work was carried out quickly. The simulated practical exercise process further tested the emergency plan, trained the emergency team, improved coordination and emergency response capabilities, and accumulated valuable experience for future emergency rescue management work, achieving the expected results.
After the drill activity, Executive Vice President Du Dajun emphasized that all enterprises should strictly grasp the safety work of special equipment, carry out special emergency drills for special equipment regularly, strengthen emergency response work for special equipment safety, prevent special equipment accidents, ensure the personal and property safety of employees and enterprises, and ensure the continuous stability of the safety production situation in the park.
