As the Dragon Boat Festival approaches, in order to further strengthen the safety production work of Zhilun Electroplating Industry Park, effectively prevent and curb safety production accidents, and strictly implement the "15 hard measures" for safety production, on the morning of May 27th, Zhang Xinen, Chairman of Chongqing Zhilun Electroplating Co., Ltd., led the company's key members to conduct a pre holiday safety inspection on the front line of enterprise production.
The inspectors carefully inspected the fire protection facilities, enterprise electricity, rainwater ditches, slope barriers and other areas that are prone to safety accidents. Chairman Zhang Xinen had a face-to-face meeting with the on-site responsible person of the enterprise, carefully listened to the safety work deployment of the enterprise responsible person on holidays, and required the enterprise to strictly carry out safety hazard investigation work and fully implement safety production responsibilities.
Safety work requirements
At the same time, Chairman Zhang Xinen pointed out that enterprises should attach great importance to safety production during holidays, strictly implement a 24-hour duty system, and ensure that duty personnel strictly implement the duty system and job responsibilities, effectively implement safety production measures, increase self inspection of safety hazards, and truly prevent accidents before they occur.
During the inspection, Chairman Zhang Xinen emphasized that firstly, the enterprise must strictly implement the requirements of the "Fifteen Hard Measures", continuously carry out safety inspections, ensure that all facilities and equipment are in good condition and functioning properly, ensure smooth fire exits, pay attention to electrical safety, and avoid fire hazards; Secondly, as the flood season approaches, enterprises should attach great importance to flood prevention work, fully understand the serious impact of natural disasters such as heavy rainfall, floods, strong winds, mudslides, landslides, lightning, high temperatures, and high humidity on safety production work during the flood season, strengthen organizational leadership, and conscientiously do a good job in early deployment, early arrangement, early start-up, and early preparation. All positions in the enterprise should implement them layer by layer, clarify tasks, and assign responsibilities to individuals; Thirdly, enterprises should conscientiously carry out hidden danger investigation and management work, timely eliminate safety hazards, and special position employees must hold corresponding certificates to work. It is necessary to strengthen safety education and training for employees, further enhance their risk prevention awareness and emergency response capabilities, and effectively prevent the occurrence of safety production accidents.
