In order to enhance employees' team spirit and awareness, and improve team cohesion, the company has launched a spring themed activity called "Concentrate, Surpass Yourself, and Strive for Excellence". Team building activities can enhance mutual understanding among employees, promote mutual tolerance and trust among employees, and foster mutual respect among team members, thereby bringing employees closer together and forming a closer whole.

Rainy scenery, spring equinox weather, thousands of flowers and hundreds of flowers competing for brightness. To enhance emotional communication between new and old employees, improve team cohesion and combat effectiveness, and shape an excellent corporate culture, Chongqing Zhilun Electroplating Co., Ltd. organized a one-day spring outing for employees on March 26th.

Under the planning and guidance of Chairman Zhang Xinen, the administrative department actively organized and quickly formed a plan for the spring outing that day: employees were organized to drive to Xizige Haitang Garden in Dazu District, Chongqing for team building. On the day of departure, although it was drizzling, the employees were still enthusiastic. After more than an hour of driving, they arrived at the destination of the team building and began the team building activities.

The destination is in the beautiful countryside, and the first thing is the free activities of the employees. The employees who love fishing, under the guidance of the staff, eagerly take out their fishing equipment and rush to the pond for fishing; After the vernal equinox, the wind blows and everything gradually becomes abundant. In the fields of the destination, there are flowering crabapple trees that are "light and slightly red, not deep, leaning like the heart of spring", attracting employees to immerse themselves in a sea of pink flowers. From time to time, employees take out their phones to take photos and linger. Unconsciously, it was already noon, and the workers gathered together, eating delicious farm food, chatting about daily trivial matters, presenting a peaceful and joyful atmosphere. After a brief break from lunch, we began today's most important team activity.

On the one hand, team building games are more helpful for employees' self-awareness and teamwork than simply playing. They are more fun and cohesive, and can better penetrate the corporate culture into each employee, enhance the intimacy between employees, and learn teamwork through mutual cooperation and joint battles in the game, thereby enhancing employees' subjective initiative and practical operability;

 

On the second hand, it has the function of strengthening the body. For employees who work in the office all day long or have a uniform work nature, its economy, fun, and ornamental performance bring them another novel experience. It can create an excited, enthusiastic, and interactive atmosphere throughout the activity, further exercising employees' team spirit and collaboration ability;

The third aspect is that while traveling, employees can not only appreciate the beautiful scenery and cultivate their emotions, but also enhance their sense of mission and collective honor through team games, allowing them to deeply feel the power of the team and the importance of the overall integrity of the company. Everyone is a part of the company, and the operation of the company is like a game. As long as one person does not work hard or make progress, the overall development will be affected. Therefore, through the participation and execution of this team activity, employees will be strict with themselves, learn more and make good use of it, and work together to overcome challenges in the future. They will fully contribute to the organic integration of personal contributions and the collective development of the company, truly realizing the value concept of sacrificing small homes for everyone and benefiting the enterprise.

The first activity is the classic team building activity - tug of war. All staff are divided into two teams, red and blue. The red team is led by Chairman Zhang, and the blue team is led by Executive Vice President Du Dajun. Both teams are ready, and under the instructions of the referee, the team members of both sides do their best to pull back. At one point, there is a stalemate, and in the end, the blue team wins. The joy of victory is beyond words. Subsequently, four team collaboration activities were carried out, namely: seven people with eight legs; Invincible Wind and Fire Wheel; Paper cup water transportation; Team jumping rope; Step on a balloon.

The employees are divided into three teams: red, green, and blue, each consisting of 7 people. The red team is led by Chairman Zhang; The Green Team is led by Vice President of Technology Luo; The blue team was led by Executive Vice President Du, and the green team ultimately won the team building activity with a slight advantage.

Collaboration is the foundation, empowerment is the necessary path, and winning is the ultimate pursuit. The leadership of Chongqing Zhilun Electroplating Co., Ltd. clearly understands that only by uniting and cooperating with personnel from all departments can we build the magnificent building of Zhilun and create a better future for Zhilun. Through team building activities, we deepen team collaboration and cooperation, and achieve a convergence of psychological values among employees; As long as the employees of Zhilun work together through thick and thin, unite as one, and draw a beautiful blueprint for Zhilun's future, Zhilun's tomorrow will definitely be even more beautiful, and our goals will definitely be achieved. Through this team building activity, everyone broke down barriers, communicated sincerely, and worked together in unity. Not only did it enhance their emotions, but it also strengthened their sense of participation and responsibility towards the collective, increased cohesion, and made everyone more united. They experienced the warmth of the big family and the sense of identity and belonging of the company, and will devote more energy to their work in the future.

Through this seemingly simple spring expansion game, it is not easy to execute. It must be approached with utmost seriousness and focus. Such attitude and spirit are essential elements for successful players and are also essential qualities in work and life. As a plating worker at Chongqing Zhilun, I have always practiced the spirit of "love, care, sincerity, meticulousness, and perseverance". After such a spring activity, it was a test and a growth for oneself. I deeply understood what team spirit is and proved through actions that: no rainbow can be seen without experiencing wind and rain, no one can succeed casually.
