On the afternoon of December 8, 2021, at 14:00, Deputy Director Luo of the Shuangqiao Economic Development Zone Management Committee, together with leaders from multiple departments such as the Shuangqiao Economic Development Zone Construction Bureau, Emergency Bureau, and Fire Brigade, visited Chongqing Zhilun Electroplating Industry Park to inspect and guide the work. Zhang Xinen, Chairman of Chongqing Zhilun Electroplating Co., Ltd., Du Dajun, Deputy General Manager, and Luo Xinyu, Deputy General Manager of Technology, warmly received the delegation of leaders.
The leadership team first visited the information monitoring center platform built by Chongqing Zhilun Electroplating Co., Ltd. Our staff conducted on-site operation demonstrations for the leaders, and then visited the sand table model of the park, further deepening the leaders' understanding of the current operation mode and safety investment of Zhilun Electroplating Industry Park.
Subsequently, the leaders inspected some of the enterprises settled in the park and pointed out that the park should firmly establish the concept of safe development, prevention as the main focus, and the combination of prevention and control. The park should continuously promote high-quality development, implement safety management systems, effectively control major safety risk points that may trigger accidents, timely eliminate various safety hazards, and do a good job in the supervision of the park.
The leader emphasized that in the coming days, it is hoped that the park will effectively strengthen safety production work, firmly establish the concept of putting life first and safety first, further clarify and consolidate safety production responsibilities, establish a strong sense of red line and risk awareness, adhere to problem oriented and bottom line thinking, and avoid other incidents that may have a negative impact on the corporate image. Implement the environmental responsibility of enterprises, firmly establish the concept of green development, and resolutely curb the occurrence of major accidents.
In response to the current difficulties faced by the enterprise and the next steps of work, the leaders have provided relevant suggestions: firstly, Chongqing Zhilun Electroplating Co., Ltd. should continue to overcome difficulties, implement safety production supervision in the park, and actively urge the enterprise to eliminate safety hazards; Secondly, based on the company's original plan, we will make good use of the help and guidance provided by our leaders to better construct the Zhilun Electroplating Park; Thirdly, relevant departments will make every effort to assist enterprises in facing difficulties, provide good services to enterprises, and further improve their own capabilities.
